VIGOR DAC TUTORIAL

Vigor DAC: Vigor is a DAC (Decentralized Autonomous Community) of 21 Custodians and 150+ Candidates. The 21 Custodians are elected from the Candidate list based on the number of votes.
Vigor Candidate: Vigor Candidates help to build vigor and add value to the Vigor Protocol. All candidates help out with best efforts, and receive votes based on input. Candidates receive rewards in VIG tokens.
Vigor Custodian: Higher voted candidates are called custodians, currently there are 21 custodians and they are elected daily and are responsible for completing tasks ranging from building out the core Vigor Protocol features, to marketing, legal solutions, and multisig control of the entire system.
Voting: Currently candidates can vote for up to 21 custodian candidates at a time. They vote who they think will bring value to the DAC.
Vigor Candidates help to build vigor and add value to the vigor platform. Registering as a candidate in the DAC is open to the community, but being a candidate comes with responsibilities as outlined in the vigor constitution, before registering as a candidate, it is advised that you understand and can meet the responsibilities of being a candidate.

Step 2. In the upper right corner of the page, click “LOGIN” and connect your EOS account using your favorite keystore or wallet. I prefer Scatter desktop.

Now sign the constitution and become a member of the VIGOR DAC ( you need 128 Bytes Ram )
It’s time to CREATE YOUR PROFILE.
Be as descriptive as possible and highlight the skills you have so that voters will consider you for custodian. It is recommended to add:
A photo to your profile (you can use host images here for free https://imgbb.com/)
Name
Telegram handle
Links to your twitter, linkedin and other socials. And if you have not already, follow Vigor on twitter https://twitter.com/vigorprotocol
Experience & skills that you plan to use to benefit the DAC in some way
The more information the better. The profile creation is your time to shine. Lay it all on the line and let us know who you are, what experience you have and what you plan to bring to the VIGOR DAC as a candidate.
Remember to include in your BIO your contributions to the dac on so custodians can make better judgments.
Profile is optional but recommended if the expectation is to help build and get votes. 0 voted candidates get 0 Vig reward.
Please stake 10000 VIG. While you are there you can request the amount of VIG , the max requested pay is 10000 VIG.
Candidate can unstake whenever they want. it’s not a cost.
Stake is unstakable with no delay, except when join/leave custodianship or firing (if someone does something to harm the project ) which results in delay lockup.
Set lockup to 30 days.
Each candidate account is tied to 1 EOS account. This account will be utilized for signing msigs etc if in a custodian spot.
Depending on how and how often your volunteer and contribute to the DAC, you will receive rewards in VIG tokens. You can add yourself to the working groups and join our telegram groups that interest you the most and start helping out right away. The DAC relies on contributions from the custodians, candidates and community members.
